Through end-to-end revenue value chain optimisation, Ntiyiso restored financial integrity within the City of Tshwane. By correcting unbilled properties, improving meter readings, and automating credit control, the intervention significantly increased collections and repositioned the municipality toward long-term financial sustainability.
