CORPORATE CITIZENSHIP

Beyond the boardroom, into the homes of South Africans and Africans at large.

We believe that companies must become good corporate citizens by supporting initiatives beyond their line of business. We at Ntiyiso Consulting Group are proud to support initiatives which, amongst others, assist learners in rural areas to improve their performance in Mathematics, promote inclusivity in motorsport, and sponsoring the development of South Africa’s future sport stars through the dedicated support of school sports in selected areas.

Initiatives Supported

Reflective Learning – Mathematics Remedial Intervention Project

Reflective Learning is an affordable online programme that provides an in-depth diagnosis of the learner’s mathematics foundations and identifies areas of improvement that need remediation. Through this programme, we are funding  600 Grade 8 learners in designated schools in Limpopo to catch-up with multiple grade levels of mathematics learning in an efficient and highly cost-effective way. We have funded the recruitment of tutors who will be part of the broader project team committed to this cohort for the full academic year.  Rolling out Reflective Learning in schools potentially provides teachers with the means to continue their teaching of the curriculum without having to worry about teaching “missing” concepts to learners who have not yet mastered fundamental mathematics concepts. We are very proud of this initiative and the long-term benefit that it comes with.

Aaron Mokoena Football Academy

Squadra Corse

Founded by Mpho Gumbi 10 years ago, Squadra Corse is a motorsport company that is dominant in South African karting categories and is now also in main circuit racing through its Volkswagen Polo Cup development team. The objective of the company is to produce a team that provides world-class services in South African motorsports, be it the race driver/engineer/ mechanic training; workshop support; logistics management, or through the experience in the local and international arena and the exposure that comes with it. The team’s support of multiple racing categories enables inclusivity in all aspects of the racing value chain, a contribution we are particularly proud of.

Ntiyiso Consulting Group partners with School of Entrepreneurship and Bungeni Community Development Trust to develop the next generation of business leaders

At Ntiyiso Consulting Group, we believe that developing Africa is the collective responsibility of everyone on the continent. As an invested corporate citizen, we are constantly searching for opportunities to support and empower different communities and people. This commitment is aimed at making South Africa a place in which we can all thrive.

It is with this in mind; that we have partnered with School of Entrepreneurship and Bungeni Community Development Trust to deliver a one-year Entrepreneurship Mastery Programme aimed at helping entrepreneurs start and scale successful businesses in Bungeni, a village in Limpopo. This particular leg of the programme will assist twenty entrepreneurs from various business sectors in the Bungeni Village, which is the chosen initial rollout site for this partnership.

In order to ensure that these young entrepreneurs are fully equipped and supported, we have committed financial and technological aids that will enable them to connect to online sessions, access programme resources, and receive training and mentorship from some of the foremost entrepreneurial minds in South Africa. “After this programme, I will be equipped with the skills of running my business in a professional way”, said Lanneth Mabunda, owner of Bungeni Learning and Laboratory Centre.

“We look forward to engaging with these entrepreneurs after the successful completion of the programme and hope to see them contribute significantly to the growth of their local economy, and make real impact in their community”, says Alex Mabunda, Group Chief Executive Officer at Ntiyiso Consulting Group.
