The Story

Informal light industries, textiles, agroprocessing, electronics assembly, are a significant but underutilised
economic resource across South Africa’s smaller municipalities. Ntiyiso Industrialisation Consulting
conducted a comprehensive feasibility study to assess the viability of establishing a Light Industries
Industrial Park in Collins Chabane Local Municipality, creating a structured, bankable plan for clustered
industrial growth.

Developed a modular park layout accommodating 50+ SMMEs with shared facilities including warehousing and training centres
