Alex Mabunda worked for 8 years as an IT Business Analysis for a multinational FMCG company (Unilever). From this experience he provides a wealth of technical knowledge and analytical skills within the Ntiyiso team. Andisa has over 16 years management consulting and early stage entrepreneurship experience. Andisa is an analytical problem solver with a sound financial and research background. He has worked for major consulting houses i.e. Letsema Consulting in partnership with Mckinsey & Co., CapGemini and Accenture. His industry experience includes Business Process Services, Social housing, Banking, Media & Telecommunication, Airline, Military, Energy and Maritime. Miyelani has over 16 years of corporate and management consulting experience. A Post Graduate Diploma Development Finance, University of Stellenbosch; with BANKSETA Certificate International Executive Development Programme from Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto, Canada); and Bachelor of Science graduate from University of University of Natal, Miyelani was the Project Director Revenue Management & Enhancement Programme for the Ekurhuleni Metro. In this role he was managing a team of highly qualified Project Managers whose role was to deliver projects with new revenue for the metro. He managed a portfolio of 25 medium to mega projects. Miyelani acted in the position of Director Income in Ekurhuleni Metro here he achieved a record of exceeding the payment level of 93% to reach 93.24% for the first time in the history of the Ekurhuleni Metro. This saw the Income Division of Finance Department collecting R14 billion for the 2011/12 financial year. Abel Mokoena joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2013 as a junior Audit Consultant. He currently serves as the Meter Specialist in the Metering and Billing section of Ntiyiso Consulting, responsible for optimising processes for successful and accurate reading and monitoring.
Beauty Mogwe joined Ntiyiso Consulting in November 2015, and serves as a Meter Specialist specialising in monitoring performance and the re-engineering of workflow processes for clients to improve their meter reading and billing quality. Mogwe has vast experience in Operations Management.
Charity Ngxesha started her career as an Emergency Practitioner in 2005 and grew into the role of RAF Consultant. She joined Ntiyiso Consulting in March 2016 and is responsible for the creation of claims and billing for RAF documents for revenue enhancement.
Daisy Akubue joined Ntiyiso Consulting in December 2015 as a Field Agent supervising and training Revenue Agents in specific regions. In addition, she is responsible for client interface during external campaign activations as well as the management of query resolution processes.
James Movundlela joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2017 as a Revenue Recovery Agent and Continuous Improvement Analyst. He is responsible for reporting and GIS consulting.
Keneilwe Baloyi joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 as a Business Analyst under the Processes Improvement Team. In addition to the daily management of processes, she currently heads up the Credit Control Team, where she tackles day-to-day actions that are required in order to ensure collection for the municipality.
Khomotso Mahlanza started her career as an intern in 2011 and grew to assume supervisory roles in the GIS consulting sector. She joined Ntiyiso Consulting in December 2015 as a GIS Specialist, and is responsible for the use of GIS tools and techniques for revenue enhancement.
Terishia Ramaite joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 as a Revenue Consultant, based onsite at client's Call Centre. She advises on queries pertaining to billing, Water, Electricity and Rates received through the Outbound Call Centre. Ramaite is highly experienced in Debt Collection.
Lenka Mohapi joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 and serves as a Data and IT Consultant. He is involved in the sourcing and preparation and distribution of data for analysis. He brings vast experience in data analysis, and a keen interest in emerging technologies.
Lerato Phahladira joined Ntiyiso Consulting in December 2015 as a Field Agent supervising and training assigned revenue agents. In addition, she is responsible for client interface during external campaign activations as well as the management of query resolution processes.
Lesiba Thupudi joined Ntiyiso Consulting in January 2016 as a Senior Management Revenue Consultant. Thupudi is responsible for managing the whole Ntiyiso Consulting Revenue Recovery and Continuous Improvement (RRCI) team that is based at client site or other sites as may be required.
Lorraine Pieterse joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 as a Revenue Consultant, based onsite at client offices. She advises on Disputes and High Profile Queries pertaining to Billing, Water, Electricity and Rates queries. Pieterse is highly experienced in Debt Collection and Municipal Administration.
Mandla Mvelase serves as an Associate at Ntiyiso Consulting. He joined the team in August 2015 as Stakeholder Management Executive, and currently also serves as Programme Management Executive.
Matshidiso Motete joined Ntiyiso Consulting in December 2015 as a Marketing Analyst in charge of aiding the Customer Pillar Manager in strategic client activation engagements. She then joined the Campaign Employee Pillar Programme Management Team in February 2017, and is responsible for facilitating internal campaign communication, overseeing the collateral procurement process, training of campaign agents, and organising employee competition engagements and events.
Mkateko Mabunda joined Ntiyiso Consulting in May 2013 and serves as Administrator and Office Manager responsible for booking flights and accommodation, organising events as well as invoice management.

Stanley Mpho Matjeke joined Ntiyiso Consulting in February 2017 as a Training and Development manager. He brings vast experience in training and development. He is seconded to City of Tshwane Municipality to help with the training of Revenue Agents.
Thatho Molekane joined Ntiyiso Consulting in April 2015 as a Revenue Recovery Consultant. This role entails strategic client debt reduction. She then migrated onto the Campaign Programme Management Team in August 2015, and there she serves as the Customer Pillar Manager.

Vongani Machimana joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 and is responsible for business development and transaction advisory. He brings a wealth of consulting, banking and finance experience.
Vusimuzi Mabena joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 as a Revenue Manager in the Gauteng region and abroad. Mabena’s key function is the creation of revenue strategies. He is also responsible for achieving set targets, training and development, Implement risk management plans and making sure that all operations are within the allocated budget.
