Abel Mokoena joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2013 as a junior Audit Consultant. He currently serves as the Meter Specialist in the Metering and Billing section of Ntiyiso Consulting, responsible for optimising processes for successful and accurate reading and monitoring.
Beauty Mogwe joined Ntiyiso Consulting in November 2015, and serves as a Meter Specialist specialising in monitoring performance and the re-engineering of workflow processes for clients to improve their meter reading and billing quality. Mogwe has vast experience in Operations Management.
Charity Ngxesha started her career as an Emergency Practitioner in 2005 and grew into the role of RAF Consultant. She joined Ntiyiso Consulting in March 2016 and is responsible for the creation of claims and billing for RAF documents for revenue enhancement.
James Movundlela joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2017 as a Revenue Recovery Agent and Continuous Improvement Analyst. He is responsible for reporting and GIS consulting.
Keneilwe Baloyi joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 as a Business Analyst under the Processes Improvement Team. In addition to the daily management of processes, she currently heads up the Credit Control Team, where she tackles day-to-day actions that are required in order to ensure collection for the municipality.
Khomotso Mahlanza started her career as an intern in 2011 and grew to assume supervisory roles in the GIS consulting sector. She joined Ntiyiso Consulting in December 2015 as a GIS Specialist, and is responsible for the use of GIS tools and techniques for revenue enhancement.
Terishia Ramaite joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 as a Revenue Consultant, based onsite at client's Call Centre. She advises on queries pertaining to billing, Water, Electricity and Rates received through the Outbound Call Centre. Ramaite is highly experienced in Debt Collection.
Lenka Mohapi joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 and serves as a Data and IT Consultant. He is involved in the sourcing and preparation and distribution of data for analysis. He brings vast experience in data analysis, and a keen interest in emerging technologies.
Lesiba Thupudi joined Ntiyiso Consulting in January 2016 as a Senior Management Revenue Consultant. Thupudi is responsible for managing the whole Ntiyiso Consulting Revenue Recovery and Continuous Improvement (RRCI) team that is based at client site or other sites as may be required.
Lorraine Pieterse joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 as a Revenue Consultant, based onsite at client offices. She advises on Disputes and High Profile Queries pertaining to Billing, Water, Electricity and Rates queries. Pieterse is highly experienced in Debt Collection and Municipal Administration.
Morufa Lekalakala joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2017 as a Revenue Recovery Agent and Continuous Improvement Analyst. Her duties include amongst others Analysis of CROCPA (Customer Revenue Operation Centre for Priority Accounts), Assistance with the weekly reports on state of the CROCPA, Management of dunning accounts and Allocation of accounts for Credit Control actions .
Mpho Mosupi started her career in the City of Tshwane as a Peer Educator in 2013 and thereafter moved to be an I.T. Consultant at Home Affairs in 2015. She joined Ntiyiso Consulting in June 2017 as a Revenue Consultant.
Nonhlanhla Khumalo joined Ntiyiso Consulting in 2015 as a Revenue Consultant, based onsite at client offices. She advises on Disputes and High Profile Queries pertaining to Billing, Water, Electricity and Rates queries. Khumalo is highly experienced in Debt Collection and Municipal Administration.
Pinky Mashego started her career as a Debt Collector in 1997 and grew into the role of Supervisor at City of Tshwane. She then went on to join Ntiyiso Consulting in May 2017, and is responsible for debt recovery at the newly established Ntiyiso Consulting Call Centre.
Takunda Trevor Mupeti
Takunda Trevor Mupeti joined Ntiyiso Consulting in October 2016 as Senior Project Manager heading up the team implementing turnaround strategies in the metering and billing section. Mupeti possesses experience in Municipal Engineering, Water Demand Management and Conservation, Project Management and Contract Administration.
Bernadette Sellar joined Ntiyiso Consulting in August 2017 and is working as a Query Handler in Revenue Management and Enhancement. Bernadette brings with her 21 years of experience in Local Government and has extensive operational experience in Municipal Credit Control and Debt Collection processes, as well as experience in finance, payments of municipal creditors. While in service at the City of Tshwane Municipality Bernadette completed, among other accredited qualifications, a course in HIV/Aids Care and Counselling and took on the additional responsibilities of HIV/Aids Peer Educator and Occupational Health and Safety representative; facilitating across the board presentations with municipal Officials. Bernadette values teamwork, ethical work practises and professionalism.
Dumisani Njamela has been working in Recoveries and Debt Management for 8 years. He has been an Operations Manager for Makaula Zilwa Incorporated and Summit Financial Partners.He has also trained and developed Call Center based and site specific teams in both Debt Collection and Debt Counselling. His leadership Management skills have allowed him to successfully lead multiple projects in Botswana and various provinces in South Africa. He joined Ntiyiso Consulting as a Project Manager and is currently based at a Metropolitan Municipality.
Babalwa Mahamba started her GIS Career in 2015 at a GIS company and later assumed team leading role of a data capturing team. She also worked for a Geomatics company under the GIS department. She joined Ntiyiso Consulting in September 2017 as a GIS Specialist. She is responsible for the use of GIS as a tool for revenue enhancement.
