Road Accident Fund (RAF)

Problem

Assisted the RAF with reducing the number of backlog claims (unprocessed claims), improving process efficiencies, re organising the organisation to be customer focused with the net impact on savings from legal fees.

Ntiyiso achieved the above through rationalising the turnaround plan, improving the strategic objectives and goals, and implementing a programme office to drive the implementation of the new operating model (people, process, technology).
