Mulanga is an Associate Partner at Ntiyiso Consulting, within the Ntiyiso Business Consulting Subsidiary. He is a Process Engineer (IChemE) with over 10 years’ experience in the Power, Logistic, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Engineering, Mining, Oil & Gas, and Financial Services sectors. Mulanga has served governments, multinationals, and private sector institutions across Africa on issues of Operation  Excellence Management, Knowledge and Information Management, Strategic Marketing, Strategic Management, Growth strategies, Human Resource Management, Holistic Transformations, Customer Success Management, Value Engineering, and Quality and Innovation Management.

Mulanga began his career at Standard Bank while completing his Masters in Chemical Engineering. He then worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company and as an Operational Excellence Associate at Shell where he also completed his MBA. Mulanga is currently completing his PhD in Chemical Engineering which focuses on strategies on how South Africa can transition to clean and sustainable energy.

Prior to joining Ntiyiso Consulting, Mulanga was a Customer Success and Business Development Manager for Boleng Engineering Consulting. He is a member of the Southern African Institute for Industrial Engineering (SAIIE), the Institute of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), South Africa Business Development Association, and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. He is also a member of the Power Circle, a leadership roundtable hosted by a local radio station, PowerFM.
