Ntiyiso has noted the reports concerning arrests linked to Emfuleni Local Municipality.
Ntiyiso takes allegations of fraud, corruption and misconduct extremely seriously and maintains a zero-tolerance approach to unlawful conduct.
We are aware of the arrests referred to in the report and have established that the individuals arrested are employees of a subcontractor engaged in work associated with the municipality. Ntiyiso is working closely with the subcontractor to establish the facts and understand the circumstances surrounding the matter.
It is important to clarify that the individual’s alleged conduct should not be interpreted as evidence of wrongdoing by Ntiyiso and/or its broader team. Ntiyiso provides insights and solutions to complex public-sector management challenges and remains fully focused on its work. Where allegations involve individuals associated with our operations, we cooperate fully with lawful investigations and support due process. We will not comment on matters before the relevant authorities or speculate on the outcome of ongoing proceedings.
