Our senior partner has been part of a team that implemented new systems for Nampak, a project which cost over R400 million over four years. Our partner successfully developed key business performance metrics and implemented business intelligence reporting across the business functions of the Divisions of Nampak which manufacture various packaging items. The business intelligence reporting dashboard to led the factories adopting a stringent performance and quality management driven culture which improved output and manufacturing lead-time. This ultimately led to a significantly better on time and in full delivery (OTIF) of goods and an improved customer satisfaction.

Unilever SA

Ntiyiso Consulting has developed and maintained factory performance system for Unilever SA (Boksburg factory). The work involved implementing techniques to measure downtime, record and classify the causes, and use the data to measure Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) for the factory. Alex Mabunda, founder and managing partner for Ntiyiso Consulting, began this and related factory information systems work as an employee of the company and later performed under Ntiyiso Consulting.
