Ntiyiso Consulting partnered with one of the listed ICT companies and played a critical role in developing a Master Data Management strategy for the City of Ekurhuleni. Ntiyiso Consulting led the technical workstream that was responsible for creating a single master database from over 10 disparate databases. This project was completed successfully and has led Ekurhuleni Metro to gain a better understanding of its customer base and their behaviour.
2. Our consultants led a workstreams to assess capital effectiveness of MTN. The projects assessed effectiveness along four key elements i.e. strategic allocation, investment and portfolio management, capital execution and organizational support (structures, systems, processes and capabilities).
Our consultants were part of a team that developed a Short Messaging System (SMS) tracking application for a major mobile service provider. He was responsible for the design, implementation and testing of multithreaded application architecture for the web front end. The front end was implemented using the J2EE development framework. (Schlumberger - now Atos Origin)
1. Our consultants were involved in the transformation of the SABC’s sale organisation. The SABC were contemplating to merge the Radio and Television sales business (i.e. merge strategies, organisational structure, management systems & processes, staff, skills and culture. Our consultants setup a strategic programme management office with several workstreams to implement the plan. We developed a detailed programme implementation plan and setup governance structures to oversee the implementation.
